Don't let this be the end, try think of each day as a new beginning. An opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, work on self improvement, etc. If you've been dwelling on negative topics (like doomscrolling on Twitter/X), it's a good time to find the positive things that interest you and try to focus on those instead.

Looking over your Twitter activity, are you reading stuff that's making you stressed over topics like immigration? Could it be possible you've been complaining about immigrants in your friend group and they don't want to hang out with someone who complains about immigrants? A lot of friend groups break apart over divisive political topics, so it's a good time to explore the sort things you've been saying and sharing. Are you complaining about things that are actually important to you or are you letting the algorithm make you mad / worried about stuff? It's designed to make you upset, to farm engagement.

I don't know much about you so I don't know what exact advice to give but you write well and that already makes you more interesting than a lot of people, for what it's worth.

i relate alot with feeling that frozen out. for me the help came in form of understanding i'm neurodivergent/autistic. when i realized, i then came to terms with how "hey, there's people who would freeze me out - and who have in fact done so. it's a recurring trend (in my life too)" so you're not as much of a shitstain as it just feels like that. all those feelings will pass - even the feelings of isolation.

then somehow being alone doesn't hurt as much when thinking back. with each failed social relationship there's more to learn. somehow that hurt turns into appreciation for life - so i may be weirder but i get more out of less. today i live life for the many meanings in life, mostly the "small things".

i ramble about myself here, but there's not just one meaning in life. hope you find your meanings in life
